Hasanpaşa Meatball Ingredients

Ingredients for Meatballs
500 gr. ground beef
1 medium onion
¾ cup bread crumbs
1 egg
½ vine parsley
2 cloves of garlic
Black pepper

Ingredients for Puree
4 medium potatoes
½ glass of milk
1 tablespoon butter
½ cup cheddar cheese – grater
White pepper

Ingredients for Sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
1.5 cups of water

For patties;
