Easy Homemade Hazelnut Phyllo Dough Dessert Recipe

  • For 2 yufka1 cups roasted hazelnuts50 g butter or margarine1 cups milk For sherbet: 1 cup water1 cups powdered sugar Lemon juice

Take the nuts to the robot or crush them in the mortar. Grease a flat pan. Divide a dough into pieces, soak it with milk and place it in the pan. Sprinkle half of the hazelnut on it. Soak the remaining dough in pieces with milk and place on it. Hover over the remaining milk.

Put the pan on low heat and add a few pieces of margarine to the edges of the dough. Cook for 5-6 minutes with the lid closed. Check the bottom with a spatula and shake the pan. When the six are golden brown, turn them over and cook the other side until golden brown. Remove the pan from the stove.

For Sherbet; boil water and sugar. Add a few drops of lemon juice and let it warm. Pour the warm syrup over the warm pastry. Sprinkle the ground hazelnuts on top of the sherbet and place them on the serving plate. Serve by slicing.
