- 1 kg fresh nettle
- 1 kilo potatoes

- Peel the potatoes, cut into small pieces, boil. Put it in a bowl and start crushing. After melting the butter in a bowl, add milk to it, boil and add the potatoes that you crush and mix.
- Add salt and pepper. Holding the nettle under the leaves, separate it from the stems. Saute the onion, garlic and red pepper with buffalo butter and butter. Add the nettle and fry on top. Then add the potatoes and mix.
