Karakoy Eggplant Ingredients
Ingredients for Yeast
- 1 pack (42 gr.) fresh yeast
- 1 water glass of milk
- 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar
Ingredients for the dough
- 5 cups of flour
- 1 egg
- 1 water glass oil oil
- 250 gr. margarine – at room temperature
- 1 cup of oil – to open the dough
Ingredients for Over

Mix milk, granulated sugar and fresh yeast in a bowl until sugar and yeast dissolve.
Put the flour in a deep bowl, open the carrot in the middle, add the yeast mixture and all the ingredients except salt and start mixing. Meanwhile, add salt to the dough from the edges and knead very little until combined.
When the dough is ready, cover it with a stretch film and leave it for 30 minutes to ferment. It will stick.

After preparing all the doughs in this way, gently press them with your fingers and apply egg yolk and scratch with a fork.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven until it turns red over 25 – 30 minutes.
