Easy Homemade Kazandibi Recipe
1 finger missing flour from 1 glass of water
1 tablespoon of wheat starch
1 tablespoon of rice flour
1 finger from 1 glass of water missing granulated sugar
6 cups of milk
1 tablespoon butter
1 packet vanilla
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon butter – to lubricate the tray
3 – 4 tablespoons of granulated sugar – to sprinkle to the bottom of the tray. Add starch, rice flour, granulated sugar and milk into the pan and mix for one turn. Then take it to the stove and cook it by stirring constantly until you get the custard consistency. Add the vanilla and butter to the custard, which has a consistency, and cook it by mixing another stone. Take it from the stove and set aside your custard.
Grease your tray with butter. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cover the base with granulated sugar. Pour half of the custard you prepared into the tray and caramelize the sugar by turning over medium heat on the stove. Wet and wring a kitchen cloth and open it on the counter. Place the caramelized tray on the wet and pour the remaining custard into the tray. After waiting outside for a while, let it rest in the refrigerator until it cools down well. Roll with a spatula and roll and serve cold.
