How to make kelecoş Recipe

  • 250 gr dried beans
  • 150 gr green lentils
  • 150 gr chickpeas
  • 250 gr split wheat
  • 1 kg yogurt
  • 500 g cubed lamb meat
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 100 g butter
  • 100 g dried onion < li> 15 liters of water
  • For sauce
  • 100 g hemp seeds
  • 250 g sunflower oil

Chickpeas, dried beans Soak lentils and split wheat overnight. Roast the lamb meat in a medium saucepan with butter. Add the water on it. Add the cereals and salt and leave to boil.

When the cereals soften, add the yogurt, boil for another 5 minutes and remove from the stove. For the sauce, fry the hemp seeds with sunflower oil in a frying pan, pour over and serve.
