  • 3.5 cups milk
  • 5 cups flour
  • 3 eggs

  • 12 raw shelled almonds

Ingredients for Sherbet

  • 4 cups of granulated sugar
  • 2 cups of water
  • 4 drops of lemon juice For the sherbet;

In a saucepan, mix water and powdered sugar until sugar dissolves. Add the lemon juice and remove from the stove.

For the dough;

Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat.

Take the milk foam on it with a spoon.

When the butter melts, add cold milk and let it boil over medium heat.

Mix the flour and salt in a mixing bowl.

Add the flour to the milk mixture that is boiling and mix it in a low heat and make it into a dough.

Transfer the dough from the stove to cool in a separate container and let it cool.

Break the eggs one by one into the cooled dough mixture and mix them with a whisk.

Grease your glass ovenware with butter and spread the dough you prepared evenly.

After slicing the dough into a baklava slice, place the raw almonds on it.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 – 45 minutes.

Add cold syrup to the hot dessert coming out of the oven and wait for it to serve, then serve.
