How to make LAMB SHEET Recipe

  • 500 g lamb cutlet
  • 1/4 cup corn flour

For sauce

  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of grated fresh ginger
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Red chili pepper
  • Mix all the ingredients needed for the sauce in a large bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, coat the lamb cutlets with corn flour. Seal the corn flour in a non-stick pan. Add the sauce and cook on low heat until the meat is tender.
