- 3 cups yogurt1 egg4 cups water1 cups split (boiled wheat) 3 tablespoons oil oil2 tablespoons dry mint salt
Put the yogurt and eggs in the pot and add salt and beat well. Add 4 cups of water and mix. Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring constantly. Wash the wheat and add it to the mixture with yogurt. Continue cooking until the wheat softens.
Heat oil in the pan and fry the mint. Spread mint sauce over the soup and serve hot.
