How to make LIGHT CAKE WITH CHOCOLATE Recipe
- 150 gr dark chocolate
- 75 gr margarine
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 1 tea glass of milk cream
- 45 gr margarine
- 2 tablespoons of ground walnuts

Cover small cake molds with greaseproof paper. Cut the chocolate into large pieces. Take the chocolate chips together with margarine in a small saucepan and melt. Stir and warm. Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla thoroughly in a bowl. Feed the egg mixture into the hot chocolate.
Share the mixture in small molds. Place the molds on a baking sheet. Bake the cakes in the oven set at 170 degrees. Take it out of the oven and cool it on one side.
For the top, cut the chocolate into large pieces. Put the chocolate, cream and margarine in a small saucepan. Stir constantly on low heat until the chocolate melts. Take it from the stove and stir it to cool. Take the cakes from the molds, smear them in the chocolate sauce and place them on the serving plate. Garnish with walnuts and serve.
