Wash the sheep shirt thoroughly and soak in 1 cup of hot water for 5 minutes. Strain the shirt and save the water for later use. Peel the dice of the liver. Wash the lungs and liver and chop them with a knife.
Put the liver in the pan and add salt. Cook the water, stirring until it is released. Wash and drain the rice.
Heat oil in a saucepan and fry the peanuts until they turn pink. Add rice, 1 cup of hot water, currants and salt and mix. Cook it until it absorbs and remove it from the fire. Finely chop the onion.
