How to make Mahluta Soup Recipe
2 – 3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 onion – chopped for dinner
1 – 2 cloves of garlic – crushed
3 water glass of water
¾ glass of red lentils
½ glass of rice
2 cups of chicken broth
1 pinch of coriander powder
suyu lemon juice
Add olive oil to a soup pot and heat.
Add the onion and roast until it turns color.
Hit the garlic and chop it finely and add it to the pot.
Add the water and gently click it.
Then add the red lentils and rice in it, mix it for a turn.
Add chicken broth, salt, pepper and powder coriander, cover and cook for 35 – 40 minutes. .
Share the cooked soup in the bowls.
Spread lemon on it and sprinkle with cumin and serve with a lemon slice
