How to make Mahluta Soup Recipe
- 2 – 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 onion – chopped for dinner
- 1 – 2 cloves of garlic – crushed
- ¾ water glass of red lentils
- ½ cup of rice
- 2 cups of chicken broth
- 3 cups of water
- Black pepper
- Powder coriander
- ¼ lemon juice
Add olive oil to a soup pot and heat it.
Add the onion and fry until it turns color.
Then add the crushed garlic and turn it one turn.
Add chicken broth and water and boil.
After boiling, add the lentils and rice.
Add black pepper, salt and coriander and cook for 35-40 minutes until the lentils are crushed. >
