  • Bring Brussels sprouts into a saucepan. Boil the lid in the open pot for 10 minutes so that it does not soften and drain. On the other side, knead all the ingredients of the meatballs by mixing. Prepare walnut-sized round patties. Fry the meatballs by frying 2 tablespoons of oil in a teflon pan.
  • Mix milk, starch, curry, salt and pepper for sauce. Cook the pudding without boiling much. Add half of the grated cheddar cheese inside.
  • Grease your ovenware and sort the cabbage and meatballs properly. Pour the sauce you prepared over and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Bake in a preheated 220 degree oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Serve hot.
