Meatball Dough Balls Ingredients

- 2 cups of warm water
- 1 teaspoon of dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
- 5 cups of flour
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
Ingredients for Meatballs
- 400 gr. ground beef
- 1 onion – grater
- 2 cloves of garlic – crushed
- 2-3 tablespoons bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 dish spoon of mustard
- 1 teaspoon of meatball spring
- Black pepper
- Olive oil – for frying meatballs

- 1 tablespoon of water
Take the cut cheddar cheese on a plate, cover it with a stretch film and put it in the freezer.
Mix the warm water, granulated sugar and dry yeast in a separate bowl and leave for 5 minutes. .
Then pour the flour into a deep bowl, pool the middle and add the yeast mixture together with the olive oil and start mixing with the fork, add the salt from the sides and knead well until you get a smooth consistency. Cover the dough for the month and cover it with a stretch film and leave it to ferment for 30-35 minutes.
Knead all the ingredients for the meatball mixture in a deep bowl until well combined. Take large pieces of meatballs, put cheddar in the middle and make balls. After preparing all the meatballs in this way, take the pan to the stove, add olive oil, heat it and seal the meatballs until they get color.
When the meatballs are cooked, set aside.
Re-knead the fermented dough and divide the number of meatballs into the meringue.
Thin each dish with the help of a roller, put the meatball in the middle and close it, roll it into a ball and place it in the baking dish. Beat the water well with egg yolk in a separate bowl. Spread on the dough balls you prepared, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in the oven preheated for 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
