5 tablespoons tarhana
2 cups milk
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon sunflower oil
1 topping tablespoon of pepper paste
5 – 6 cups of water
Mix tarhana with cold milk in a deep bowl and set aside.
Melt the butter in a deep saucepan, add the sunflower oil and heat.
Then add the pepper paste and roast it well. Cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
