How to make Milky Wire Kadayıf Recipe
300 gr. fresh wire kadayıf
2 cups of rice nuts
250 gr. butter
Ingredients for Sherbet
2.5 cups of granulated sugar
1.5 cups of water
1.5 cups of milk
For 1 drop of lemon juice
sherbet; Mix the ingredients for the syrup (except milk) in a separate pot and boil for 5-10 minutes. When the sugar melts completely, add the milk and set it aside and cool.
While doing this process, do not shatter the kadayıfs, make sure that the long strips remain.
Take a piece of this kadayıf and cool it with the edges out. Continue this process until the whole kadayıf is finished.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 25 or 30 minutes until you get the color of six and above.
You can serve by sprinkling hazelnuts on it.
