How to make Mixed Roast with Tomato Sauce Recipe
- 2 eggplants
- 2 zucchini
- 2 potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 3 – 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 – 4 tomatoes
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Black Pepper
- 1 cup soda
- 2 fingers less flour than 1 water glass
- White pepper
- Sunflower oil
Chop carrot, zucchini and eggplant in a slice.
In a deep bowl, whisk flour, soda salt and white pepper thoroughly.
Put half of the eggplant, carrot and zucchini slices into this mixture and fry in hot oil.
Fry the other half of the vegetables in hot oil.
In a sauce pot, cook tomatoes, finely chopped garlic, olive oil, granulated sugar, vinegar, salt and black pepper until you get a consistency.
Put the vegetables you have fried on the plate you will serve.
Pour tomato sauce over or next to it and serve.
