How to make Mucver Pastry in Puff Pastry Recipe
- 12 square puff pastry
- 1 pumpkin
- 1 carrot
- 2 eggs
- ¼ vineyard dill
- ¼ vine parsley
- ¼ vine mint
- 100 gr. feta cheese
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 2 teaspoons chili peppers
- Black pepper
Grate the zucchini and carrot.
Squeeze the pumpkin and carrot thoroughly and dehydrate.
Chop the parsley, dill and fresh mint finely.
Crumble the white cheese with your hand.
Mix all ingredients except puff pastry in a mixing bowl.
Soften puff pastry for 5 minutes at room temperature.
