How to make NABEYAKİ UDON Recipe
- 3-4 spinach leavesHallow leekHalf carrots2-3 shitake mushrooms1 leaf Chinese cabbage2 tablespoons soy oil190 g udon (noodles or noodles) 2 cups fish broth 1 egg
Wash vegetables drain. Slice the leek. Cut the carrot in half lengthwise and cut back in half. Draw lines with a knife on the mushrooms. Chop Chinese cabbage into large pieces.
Heat the soy oil in the pan and sauté the vegetables. Remove the pan from the stove. Put the fish water in the casserole dish they call ‘nabe’ and heat it on the stove. Add the ions and cook until they soften slightly. Add the vegetables and cook for another 5-6 minutes. Break 1 egg on it and lower the casserole dish from the stove. Serve in a special spoon and bowl.
