Kandil Bagel Materials
4.5 cups of flour
200 gr. butter – at room temperature
½ cup yogurt
1 packet of baking powder
¼ cup of water
3 tablespoons of granulated sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 dish spoon of mahaleb

Ingredients for Topping
½ cup molasses
½ cup water
1 tablespoon starch

Put the flour in a large bowl, open the middle of the pool. Add butter, yogurt, granulated sugar, baking powder, water and mahaleb in the middle of the pool and knead well with a fork and then by hand. Let the dough you knead for 10 minutes.
