  • 1 tea glass of warm milk
  • 1 tea glass of olive oil
  • 1 tea glass of warm water
  • 1 package (11 g) instant yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 3 cups flour

  • 1 paste red pepper
  • 1 bell yellow pepper
  • 1 bell green pepper
  • 3 medium onions
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • Red chili peppers
  • Sesame

How to make pepper bread in the tray

Mix milk, olive oil and water into a kneading bowl. Add salt and sugar. Add flour and yeast and knead until it becomes a dough that does not stick to the hand. Cover it with a damp cloth. Leave to ferment in a warm environment. For the top, chop the onions and roast them in olive oil. Add tomato paste and red chili pepper and mix for 2-3 minutes, roast and leave to cool. Spread the yeast dough on the greased baking sheet. Add the onion mortar prepared on top and peppers that you chop thick. Finally, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in a preheated 200 degree oven.
