Pistachio Baklava Baklava Materials
10 baklava dough
2.5 cups pistachio – beaten
Ingredients for
4 – 6 tablespoons butter – melted
Ingredients for Sherbet
1 cup granulated sugar
1.5 cups of water

Spread one of the pastry on a flat surface and brush with butter on it, then turn the wide side of the pastry once with a thick skewer, sprinkle walnuts on the rest and wrap the whole pastry with the skewer. Contract on both sides and remove the skewer. Prepare other puff pastry in the same way.

Spread the melted butter on them.

Bake for 30 minutes in a preheated 150 degree oven.
