How to make Pleated Revani Recipe

Pleated Revani Materials
  • 30 pieces of baklava dough
  • 1 cup Sunflower oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of sunflower oil
  • 1 pack of vanilla
  • 1 pack of baking powder
  • 1 lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 6 tablespoons of semolina
Ingredients for Sherbet
  • 2 cups of granulated sugar
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1-2 drops of lemon juice

  • Powder Pistachios

Boil the ingredients for syrup in a small sauce pot, then cook on medium heat for 4-5 minutes. Then add the lemon juice, mix and remove from the stove and let cool.

Open the baklava dough on the counter, brush it with a sunflower oil. Then grab it by the edge and fold it into the accordion-shaped battery and place it in my oiled square debt.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the sugar and egg until the color turns slightly white and rises well. Then add the liquid ingredients and lemon zest and mix.
