How to make Potato ball meatballs Recipe
- 250 gr mince
- 1 small onion
- 1 slice of bread
- 2 large potatoes

- 1 cup tomato juice < li> 1 coffee cup olive oil
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 100 g tongue cheese
- 1 teaspoon of chopped dill

For the dumplings, peel the onion and grate it. Squeeze and drain. Wet the bread with water and squeeze. In a bowl, add minced meat, crumbled bread, chopped parsley salt and spices and knead. Cut marbles in size from the minced meat and roll in the palm of your hand, fry in hot oil. Remove excess oil on a paper towel and drain. Mix tomato juice, olive oil and cinnamon in a bowl.
