Easy Homemade Potato Gratin Recipe
2 large potatoes
200 gr cheddar cheese (grater)
150 gr dried blueberries
150 g boiled peas
250 ml cream
1 piece of nutmeg
75 g parmesan
After peeling the potatoes, chop it with the help of mandolin. (Mandolin is the name of a hand grater that chops thinly.)
If you don’t have a mandolin, chop it very thinly with a knife. Sprinkle a handful of cheddar, 1 handful of blueberries and 1 handful of peas. Repeat, finish the array with potatoes on the top floor.
Add salt, pepper to the cream, grate about 1/4 of nutmeg and mix it well. Spread well with a spatula and bake in a 180-degree oven for half an hour. /
Take out and Serve after a little rest.
