Easy Homemade Potato Rolls with Minced Meat Recipe
Ingredients for the dough
5 cups of flour
1 tablespoon of grape vinegar
½ cup oil oil

Put olive oil in a pan and heat. Add the onions that you chopped for cooking and fry. Then add the minced meat and continue roasting. Add salt, pepper, cumin and chili pepper and fry. Add grated potatoes, turn over two turns and set aside.
For the dough;
Take flour into a mixing bowl. Open the middle in the form of a pool. Add vinegar, eggs, oil, salt and water and knead well with the help of a fork, then until you get a consistency. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
Divide the dough that you rest in half. Obtain eight pieces of pieces from the pieces you split and 16 pieces of pieces in total. Divide the meringues into groups of four. Open each dish in the group of four at the size of the dessert plate. Spread butter on every dough you roll, do not grease the top coat. Place 4 pieces of cloth on top of each other and reopen them to be rectangular. Prepare each cloth group in this way.
Spread the inner mortar on the long part of the dough you roll and roll it to the middle. Cut the dough from where you came from. Rotate it around yourself and put it in your baking dish. Spread the inner mortar from the end of the dough you cut, roll it around the other dough you roll. Prepare the other doughs in the same way and wrap them around the doughs. Spread the remaining butter on the dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve hot.
