Easy Homemade Puff Pastry Casserole Recipe
3 – 4 tablespoons of olive oil
750 gr. beef cubed – small chopped /> 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
3 – 4 sprigs of fresh thyme
4 cups of hot water
For Onion with Puff pastry Ingredients
20 shallots onion
5 pieces of puff pastry
Add olive oil to a deep saucepan and heat it. Add the meat and leave the broth and sauté over medium heat until cooked. Then add the garlic. Add the tomato paste and sauté until it smells. Then add carrots, potatoes and peppers, turn them, respectively. Add salt, pepper, fresh thyme and hot water. Cook over medium heat for 45 minutes until the meats are tender.
Cut the puff pastry squares into four equal strips. Put shallots on a strip and wrap. Prepare all remaining shallots and puff pastries in this way.
Put the cooked meat mixture into the oven dish. Put the onion puff pastries on the mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
