Pumpkin Pastry Ingredients

Ingredients for the dough
5 cups of flour + to knead
2 cups of water

1 cup liquid oil

Grate the zucchini, add 1 teaspoon of salt and let it water.

Then squeeze the juice out of the pumpkins and put into the pot. After turning the pumpkins for 1-2 minutes, add flour, sugar and milk and mix well. Cook until the pumpkins are softened and helmed and let cool.

Put all the ingredients for the dough into a bowl. First, mix it with a fork, then take it on the counter and knead it by flour until you get a smooth dough. When the dough is ready, cover it with a damp cloth and let it rest.

Apply the oil to the top and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 45 – 50 minutes.
