To prepare the marinade; In a deep bowl, mix the strained yogurt, chopped parsley, curry, ginger, chopped red hot pepper, lemon juice, salt and thyme. Leave it in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
Place the meat in a large glass container. Pour the yoghurt marinade on it. Stir by spooning. Cover and leave in a cool place or refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Peel the red onions and slice them thick. Cut the mushrooms in half. Chop the lemon into small pieces. Finely chop the parsley. Chop the charliston peppers 2-3 fingers long.
Place skewers of pepper, mushrooms, meat, onions and lemons in order. Place the skewers on the baking tray with greaseproof paper. Sprinkle with salt and cook it in the oven once in a while. Garnish with parsley and serve.
