How to make RIBS FILLED Recipe
- 1 cup of rice1 teaspoon coarsely ground almond2 tablespoon butter1 cup water2 teaspoon pulpiber1 tablespoon basil or basil1 bunch finely chopped parsley salt
- black pepper Rib material: 1.5 kg lamb ribs (forearm ) Half a tablespoon of pepper paste1 teaspoon of black pepper
Wash and drain the rice. Melt the butter in the pan and fry the rice and almonds. Put half of the mixture in a bowl and separate. Add 1 cup of water to the remaining mixture and cook until the rice is tender. When the pilaf has cooled, add and mix the pulp, salt, pepper, parsley, basil and the rice mixture you have separated.
Fill the ribs with inner rice and sew it with a solid thread. Place the stuffed rib on a large metal strainer and cover it with a suitable lid. Place the strainer on a large saucepan with water (make sure that the water does not touch the strainer.) Steam for 3 hours.
Add pepper and a little water to the pepper paste and mix. Place the stuffed ribs on the baking tray and spread the tomato paste on it. Bake in an oven heated to 190-200 degrees for about 20 minutes until golden brown. Serve.
Chef’s Comment: Open the rib to be stuffed specially in the butcher and open the part you will fill in
in the form of a pocket.
