How to make Rice Recipe
- 2 cups of rice
- 2 tablespoons of plain oil
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- White pepper
- 3 cups of water or broth
Soak the rice in warm and hot water for 20 minutes.
Add olive oil and plain oil to the rice pan. When the fats are melted, add the rice and sauté. Add salt and pepper and continue roasting.
Add the water, cook over medium heat until boiling, and on low heat after boiling.
