  • 2 ~ 3 boiled potatoes
  • 10 tablespoons flour
  • 100 g butter
  • 150 g roast
  • 1 tea glass of milk or water
  • 20 g fresh yeast
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • Sesame

How to Make Roasted Croissants

Peel the boiled potatoes and mash them. Put the flour in the kneading bowl and open the middle in the form of a pool. Add the yeast and half of the warm milk and knead the dough. Add eggs, butter, mashed potatoes, salt, remaining milk or water and knead to the dough consistency. Cover it with a damp cloth and leave to rest for 15-20 minutes in a warm place. Divide the fermented dough into two equal pieces. Open the pieces with a roller in 3-4 mm thickness and cut squares measuring 10-12 cm. Form a moon shape by putting it from a cheese mortar along a corner of the square and wrapping it like a smoking pastry. Place it on the tray and let it rest for another 15-20 minutes. Spread egg yolk on them and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in a 175 degree oven until it turns pink. Serve warm.
