How to make Roasted Eggplant Soup Recipe
- 3 eggplants
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1.5 – 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup milk
- 5 cups of water
- 1 clove of garlic
- Black Pepper
- For dill – over
Roast the eggplants.
One Melt the butter in the soup pot and add the flour and roast it lightly.
Add crushed garlic.
Add the water slowly and when it boils slightly add the milk and mix.
Bring to a boil and add spices.
Serve with finely chopped dill.
