How to make Samosa Recipe

For the dough

  • Half a kilo of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of thyme
  • Half a glass of water
  • Salt

For the interior ingredient

  • 1 tea glass of sunflower oil
  • 1 teaspoon grain cumin
  • 1 teaspoon grain coriander
  • 1 teaspoon powder turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon powder coriander
  • 1 teaspoon red powder pepper
  • 3 potatoes
  • Half a glass of peas
  • 1 pointed pepper
  • 3 sprigs of parsley
  • Salt

To fry 

  • Sunflower oil
  • Thyme

How To Make Samosa

Don’t forget to add these wonderful pastries to your flavor recipes list. Mix half a kilo of flour, thyme seeds, water and salt for the dough. Heat the sunflower oil in a frying pan. Add grain cumin and coriander and mix. Add the remaining spices and salt. Mix for another 2 minutes. Boil the potato and peel the skin and mash it with a fork. Add the mashed potatoes, boiled peas, chopped green pepper and finely chopped parsley to the spicy mixture, mix well and remove from the stove. Roll out the dough in the form of a large square with a roller and cut it into long strips of 5 cm width. Share a tablespoon of mortar on the ends of the strips and close them in a triangle. Fry in hot sunflower oil, sprinkle with thyme and serve.
