How to make Sembüsek (Closed Lahmacun) Recipe

Sembüsek (Indoor Lahmacun) Ingredients

  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 teaspoon of dry yeast
  • 3 cups of flour
  • 2 tablespoons of yogurt
  • Salt

Ingredients for Inner Mortar

  • 300 gr. ground beef mince
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 nectarine- chopped for dinner 1 tablespoon pomegranate molasses

Put the yeast in a bowl, add a glass of water and mix. Then, mix a large bowl of flour, yogurt and leavened water with a fork, add salt and knead. Knead until thoroughly homogeneous. Cover the same bowl with stretch film and let it rest for an hour. Put the minced meat and cook together until the minced meat is cooked. Heat a large pan on the stove and cook the dough without oil in the pan one by one. Spread the butter on the dough you bought from the pan and let it rest.

Serve hot.
