How to make Sembusek Recipe

Ingredients

  • 250 gr minced meat
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 potato
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Cumin

For the dough

  • 225 gr flour
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons flour

To fry

  • Sunflower oil

How to make Sembusek

Finely chop the onion. Heat the sunflower oil in the pan, add the onion and sauté until it turns pink. Add the garlic, potatoes and carrots you grate and cook. Add the minced meat and cook until the water absorbs it. Add salt, pepper and cumin. Leave the prepared mortar to cool. Knead the dough ingredients until you get a slightly hard dough. Divide equal pieces from the dough. Roll out the dough with a diameter of 15 cm. Put it inside and close it in half a month. Heat the sunflower oil in the pan and fry the pies. Serve hot.
