How to make Semolina Halva with Ice Cream Recipe
500 gr. semolina (3.5 cups)
250 gr. butter
1.5 cups of water
3 cups of milk
2 cups of granulated sugar
500 gr. creamy ice cream
Put the butter in a saucepan and melt it.
When the oil melts, add the semolina and fry it until it has a semolina color.
Add water and sugar in a separate pot.
Add the milk when boiling. and cook until warm.
Milk sherbet, pour warm sherbet into the semolina that you have lightly roasted and mix. Close the lid.
Cook and infuse for 5-10 minutes in this way. Fill it by pressing it into a hole. Fill the pit with ice cream and cover with semolina. Serve by turning it upside down on the serving plate.
If you wish, serve with powdered pistachios and cinnamon.
