    Boil four cups of water in a pot. Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon and add it to the boiling water. Add the shrimps and boil for 4 minutes. Strain and let cool. Take the robot and mash it into a puree.

    Soften the butter at room temperature. Add the prepared shrimp puree and mix in the robot for 2 minutes until it becomes a foamy cream. Put the mixture in a deep bowl.

    Break and beat the eggs in a separate bowl. Add mayonnaise, tabasco sauce, salt, pepper and thyme and continue whisking until a smooth mixture. Slice the apple with the skin.

    Mix the mayonnaise sauce with the shrimp puree and leave it in the freezer for 2 hours. When dissolved, put in small sauce bowls. Cut the bread in a heart shape and fry. Garnish with mint, bread and apple slices and serve.
