How to make SOFT CAKE WITH CHOCOLATE AND ALMOND Recipe
- 200 gr margarine
- 4 eggs
- 200 gr granulated sugar
- 150 gr instant cake flour
- 190 g peeled almonds
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa
- Whipped cream or cream

Mix the softened margarine at room temperature with sugar. Add eggs one by one and continue mixing.
Add the flour and peeled almonds and mix. Grate the chocolate with the large side of the grater, add it to the mixture and whisk it well.
Lubricate the round cake mold with a diameter of twenty cm and pour the dough. Bake in a preheated 160 degree oven for 30-35 minutes. Sprinkle with cocoa. Garnish with cream or labne. Slice and serve.
