How to make Sour Cherry Custard Recipe

Cherry Custard Ingredients
40 cherries
Ingredients for Custard
1 liter of milk
1 cup of powder sugar
4 tablespoons flour
3 tablespoons corn starch
1 egg yolk
1 pack vanilla
1 tablespoon butter
For jelly Ingredients
1 pack of red jelly
250 ml. hot water
200 ml. cold water

Put all the ingredients in the pan except the butter for the custard and cook until boiling.

Share the pudding in the cups and cool slightly.

Put 10 cherries on each cup.

Melt the jelly in a mixing bowl with hot water.

When the jelly melts, add cold water, mix and add on top of the cherries.

Serve cold when the jelly solidifies.
