Easy Homemade Strawberry Cake in Cup Recipe
15 – 20 strawberries
Ingredients for Sponge Cake
6 tablespoons of granulated sugar
1 cup + 2 tablespoons of flour
1 tablespoon of cocoa
1 packet of baking powder
1 packet of vanilla
Ingredients for Creaming
½ cup flour
½ cup starch
1 egg yolk
2 fingers missing sugar from 1 cup
2.5 cups (500 ml.) Milk
1 scoop of tablespoon (30 gr.) Butter
Chop strawberries into small cubes. Beat the sugar well. Sift flour, cocoa, baking powder and vanilla into the liquid mixture and mix it from outside to inside. Spread the mortar into an oversized glass baking dish with baking paper on the base. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 – 11 minutes.
Mix all the ingredients, except the butter for the cream, in a saucepan, without boiling. When the starch mixes well, put it in the stove and mix until it becomes a creamy consistency. When the mixture has the consistency of cream, remove it from the stove and add the butter, mix and set aside to cool.
According to the cups you will serve the sponge cake that you have cooled from the oven, make shapes that fit into the bottom and midsole. Place the sponge cake you cut on the bottom of your cups. Add the cream and sprinkle the strawberries you chopped into small cubes. Then place the sponge cake you removed for the midsole, add the cream and slice a strawberry and place it on top. Prepare all cups in the same way and serve cold.
