- 2 cups finely chopped parsley
- 1 tea glass fine bulgur
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 red pepper
- 1 cucumber
- 1 tea glass of chopped mint
- 1 lemon juice
- Half a tea glass of olive oil
- Black pepper
Try different flavors with varieties of salads from international cuisines. Put the bulgur in a bowl. Pour salt and hot water over it and let it sit for 20 minutes.
Mix parsley, mint and bulgur in a large bowl. Peel the tomatoes, remove the seeds and chop them. Chop the red pepper and cucumber into small cubes and add to parsley. Season the salad with salt and pepper.
Mix lemon juice and olive oil, pour it over the salad and serve by mixing.
