Tahini Chickpea Meatballs
1 cup chickpeas – 1 night water soaked
1 medium onion
1 – 2 cloves of garlic
1 bunch of parsley
2 tablespoons of tahini
1 tablespoon of paprika
1 tablespoon of cumin
1 teaspoon of black pepper
2 – 3 tablespoons flour – as much as it gets

Sunflower oil
Ingredients for Salad
1 lettuce – iceberg
Mixed seasonal greens
Ingredients for the sauce
2 tablespoons of tahini
2 tablespoons of filtered yogurt
2 – 3 tablespoons of olive oil
Water – to open the consistency

Put the chickpeas in the water overnight and leave them.
Chop the onion and garlic.
Separate the leaf parts of the parsley.
Chickpea, onion and garlic into a shredder take it lightly. Then add chili peppers, cumin, black pepper, salt and tahini and continue to pull it.

Put the mixture that you have taken into a mixing bowl.
Then use the leaves of the parsley with a knife. finely chop and take in the mixture with chickpeas.
Add 2 tablespoons of flour to this mixture and knead.
Make walnut-sized balls from your mixture.
Add plenty of oil to a pan and heat.
Deep-fry your meatballs in deep oil.

For salad;
Wash and dry your greens.
Then chop them as you wish and place them on the plate you will serve.
Place your fried meatballs on the salad.
