How to make Tahini Molasses Cake Recipe

Tahini Molasses Cake Materials
4 eggs
1.5 cups granulated sugar
1 cup sunflower oil
1 cup milk
3 cups of flour
1 pack of vanilla
2 packets of baking powder
1 handful of walnuts – finely chopped
½ cup of tahini
½ cup grape molasses
 Ingredients for Topping
2 tablespoons of tahini
3 tablespoons of grape molasses
1 tablespoon of milk
1 handful of walnuts – finely chopped

In a mixing bowl, beat the powdered sugar and the egg until the sugar melts and melts. Add sunflower oil and milk on it and mix.
Add flour, vanilla and baking powder to the mixture you whisk and mix slowly with the help of a spatula.

Separate 1 cup of the cake mortar you prepared in a separate mixing bowl.
Add the tahini, molasses and finely chopped walnuts and mix.
Then add the tahini molasses cake mixture to your cake mold.
With a stick, mix the tahini mixture into the plain mixture and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 45 – 50 minutes.
Take it on the wire and let it cool.
In a mixing bowl, mix tahini, molasses and milk to obtain a slightly fluid consistency. Then put the lightly cooled cake on the plate you will serve and roll the mixture with the tahini molasses prepared.
Garnish with finely chopped walnuts and serve.
