Tattooed Pied Soup Ingredients
1 tablespoon butter
1 medium onion
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 tablespoon pepper paste
1 teaspoon dry basil
1 cup wheat – boiled
½ cup chickpeas – boiled
½ cup green lentils
7 cups water
Salt
Black Pepper
Ingredients for Sauce
1 tablespoon of dry basil
4 – 5 tablespoons of olive oil

Wheat, lentil and chickpeas Lightly boil.
Take the butter in a soup pot and melt it.
Take the onion and roast it. add the boiled lentils, wheat and chickpeas and mix lightly.
Add the water, mix.
Add salt and pepper and close the lid. Cook on low heat for 20 minutes.
While the soup is boiling, heat the olive oil and the tartar in a small pan.
Put the soup in the serving bowls and serve it with spicy oil.
