How to make TEJAJ MISAKKAH Recipe
- 1 thin lavash bread
- 100 g chicken
- 15 g pointed pepper
- 15 g onion
- 1 sprig fresh coriander
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- 1 spring onion
- 1 teaspoon sumac
- 25 ml olive oil
- 50 ml sunflower oil
- black pepper
Finely chop the onions and roast them in olive oil until it turns pink. Add the onions by cutting the chicken thinly and continue roasting. Finely chop the peppers and add to the mixture. Add salt, pepper and suma and blend.
Share the mixture in lavash bread and wrap it in a wrap. Fry them on the grill and cut them three cm tall. Place on a serving plate.
Fry the cherry tomatoes in sunflower oil. Garnish with fried cherry tomatoes, spring onions and fresh coriander, and serve.
