How to make Tempura Recipe
- 1 egg1 cup flour1 cup ice water3 cleaned shrimp1 long slice carrot2
3 slices mushroom2
3 slices of zucchini1 cleaned onions Soy sauce Oil for frying
Beat eggs, flour and ice water thoroughly in a bowl. Add the shrimp, carrot, mushroom, zucchini and spring onion to the flour mixture. Heat the oil in a deep frying pan. First fry carrots, mushrooms, zucchini and spring onions and then shrimp in hot oil.
Take it on a paper towel and drain the oil. Serve with soy sauce with it.
