How to make Tenderloin with Mushroom Sauce Recipe
500 gr. tenderloin – cut into thin strips
1 nectarine – chopped for cooking
1 clove of garlic – finely sliced
¼ grated nutmeg
Black pepper glass of water
10 – 15 pieces of mushroom
1 tablespoon of butter
2 glasses of cream
1 glass of water
Chop the steak in thin strips.
Chop the onion. Finely chop the garlic. Clean the mushrooms and slice them finely.
Heat the olive oil in a large pan.
Add the meat and turn it until it turns color.
Then add the onion, garlic, nutmeg, salt and pepper to chop for cooking.
Cut the bottom of the fire a little and cook until the onions are tender.
Add the water, mix well, close the lid and let it cook.
When the meats are soft, add the mushrooms when the water is a little cold.
Cook until it becomes a thick sauce.
Add 1 tablespoon of butter and mix.
Mix cream and 1 cup of water in a mixing bowl.
Add to the meat and cook on low heat for another 10 minutes.
