- 4 bluefish 10 mushrooms 2 onions 3 tablespoons margarine 1 tablespoon flour 2 tablespoons hot milk 1 tablespoon water Salt Pepper
Clean the fish and cut the fins and tail. Wash it well and take it to the filter. Make cuts with a knife 1-2 cm apart on the fish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Clean the mushrooms and slice them thinly. Peel and chop the onions.
Melt the margarine in a pan. Add flour and make it pink. Pour the milk and water little by little and add it by mixing. Cook until it thickens.
